As we charge shipping based on weight and delivery region, we offer 4 shipping options you get to chose from in the checkout page.

1. LOCAL (free drop off 3 Business days)

2. DOMESTIC ( 11 Business days)

3. DOMESTIC ( 4 Business days)

4. USA ( 6 Business days)

Orders will be matched to corresponding shipping by you, if there are any inconsistencies we will issue you a refund and ask you to replace the order. We use Canada Post and USPS for domestic and USA transport. You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your package has shipped.(domestic & USA only) Metro Vancouver customers receive free drop off shipping on their orders. The remainder of B.C. applies to domestic shipping. You will be notified with updates and receipts on purchases via email.

Please be aware that although we try our best to provide the fastest shipping, transit times can vary and we have no control over this or what happens during transit. We do not refund for misplaced packages during transit or delays but we will do our best to try and track it down for you.

If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or business closure and is "returned to sender", Rayna the Artist is not responsible for any shipping charges or fees. We're happy to ship your package back to a different address, but you will be asked to cover shipping costs for reshipment.
